First the accident !
This is the result of a magnet that escape the glue from the
rim:
This is dangerous !!! Two more flied some meters from
the system...
Luckily no one was injured :-)
Now i am using three different tapes to ensure that even some
magnet unstick from the rim it become in place, doing some
noise when scrape the welding rods core of the coil.
First the blue one, a thick plastic tape used to mark ground
areas, second the white latticed of fiber glass and then the
regular transparent tape to bind the last one in place.
Today one of the magnets again got unsticked from the rim bum
nothing bad happened as it was contained by the tape layers.
Incidentally, superglue it is not anymore my choice to stick
the magnet...
Any other weaker arrangement of
tape is irresponsible !!!
Now the new circuit:
Now with seven transistors to accommodate the seven coils, as
my last board had only six transistors...
But this is more than just more transistors !
Those seven were chosen from a set of twenty ;-)
This group fire at the exact same time. As indicated at the
"The Complete Intermediate Handbook" from P. Linderman.
This really results in a new behavior of the system !!!
Using the scope one can find the potentiometer point for
resonance:
Using the potentiometer one can find the minimum current been
drawn from the source that do not produces those extra,
unwanted, spikes:
Is this a "sweet spot" situation ?
I am not sure., because there is just one point where the
current is minimum and there are no extra spikes.
